Important Notes:TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Every vendor,Bidder and Purchaser shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the composite Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
1.1.2 All cattle are sold subject to the auction rules and conditions of the sale from respective breed societies,these rules and conditions are not printed but will be available at the sale.
1.2.1 All other lots are sold subject to these conditions,(the conditions) and any special conditions expressly applicable( "the special conditions")(all together"the composite conditions")
1.2.2 If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the elements comprising the Composite Conditionsthe order of presedence shall be first, the Special Conditions and secondly, the conditions.
2 All lots are accepted for sale on the terms the Vendor warrants his right to sell the same and undertakesto indemnify the Auctioneers against all actions, proceeding claim, cost,charges, and expensesto which they may be exposed or which they may incurr by reason of any defect in the vendors title.
