Important Information

Auctioneers Remarks

Halls Holdings Ltd have been favoured with instructions to conduct this genuine and complete dispersal sale on behalf of Miss McConnell following her decision to retire from farming.  Hampton Hall has been owned by the McConnell family since 1926.  Miss McConnell has farmed in hand for her entire life and is very grateful to Brian Jones for all the help and support he has given over the last 40 years.  More recently she has operated a mixed farming approach so there is a useful range of both modern and collectable arable and grassland machinery on offer along with a good selection of fodder.

Situation

Hampton Hall is situated just to the north of Brockton, Worthen approximately 1 mile off the B4386 Shrewsbury to Montgomery road.  The farm is approximately 10 miles from Welshpool and 13 miles from Shrewsbury. When travelling to the sale please approach via the Montgomery Road as access from the north (long mountain) is restricted.

All items purchased from the sale may only be removed when paid for in full (see conditions of sale).  ALL LOTS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SALE WITHIN 7 DAYS.  FODDER MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN 2 MONTHS
